A light-weight, portable and adaptable rescue platform designed for use in a variety of hazardous aquatic and semi-aquatic environments, including but not limited to rivers, canals, lakes, flooded urban/coastal areas, wetlands, quicksand, estuaries, mountains, ice and snow.
